Great day of adventure in Lake Clark National Park with three incredible people. We enjoyed seeing brown and black bears grazing on emerging forbs along the beaches. The tide was rising so it was a perfect day to picnic on the beach while photographing the bears and coastal birds. We saw Bald Eagles, harbor seals, puffins and Auklets.

Woke up to snow again today! Accumulation of many inches of snow today. The temperature lurks around 32 so it’s a very wet snow. Most of the roads are wet and melting.
